We have put together a few common question about shipping, billing, and delivery and questions new users ask regarding cannabis and its use.
SHIPPING INFO
Unfortunately we cannot process orders over the phone. However, ordering online is safe and easy!
Yes! We use a third party processor that provides safety for all sides. It meets our compliance standards but also provides secure payment processing for you.

Your payments will never show as “Vatic Cannabis Co.” or any variation of that. Instead they’ll show as “New Horizon Group of Companies” or “NHGOC” (our parent company). This means you can make purchases at Vatic with peace of mind!

No. In order to keep everyone safe and compliant, we cannot ship to PO boxes. We require a signature and ID at the time of delivery to ensure the recipient of the package is of age.
No. We can only ship to addresses within Saskatchewan.
Once our team processes your order, Purolator picks up the order and deliveries it to your door. They are one of the only carriers who comply with Canadian cannabis regulations, and we love them for it! This also means it’s very discrete. It’s delivered by a regular delivery service provider and we ship our products in plain boxes. So if you’re worried about your nosey neighbor, they won’t be the wiser!
There are a few important things you should know though:
- No PO Boxes
We can only ship to physical addresses in Saskatchewan, so only ship to your home address. - ID is Required
Valid government issued ID showing you’re at least 19 years of age and the person who ordered the package is required upon delivery. As long as there’s a photo and signature, you’re good to go. If you’re not there, they won’t leave it on your doorstep or with a minor. - If you miss your delivery
If your delivery comes and your unavailable, Purolator may try again later or may leave a notice on your door notifying you of when you can pick up your package. Remember: you’ll need your ID to pick it up!

Regardless of what you order, we package it in a plain cardboard box. There’s no way of knowing what’s in it other than a small shipping label that simply says “Vatic”.

If you live in the locations of Regina, White City, Emerald Park, or Pilot Butter, we offer $10.00 flat-rate shipping. If you live anywhere else in Saskatchewan, we offer flat rate-shipping of $15.00.
Orders placed before 12pm within Regina, Pilot Butte, Emerald Park, and Edenwold will be delivered by the end of the day. All orders are dependent on when Canada Post leaves the post office, so we can’t give any specifics.
It depends. If done within 30 days of purchase and with a receipt, we will take returns and possibly give refunds according to SLGA and Canadian Cannabis regulations. Please contact us directly with the reason for your return before coming in, and ensure that you have the physical copy of your receipt.
Cannabis: must be returned unopened (with the stamp still in place) as per SLGA policy. Open product is non-refundable.
Accessories: must be returned in unused, new condition. Used accessories and paraphernalia are non-refundable.
Sale items: all sale items are non-refundable.
